Its not fair may be if i just judge another person's look. So here they are some of my pict and then you can judge my outfit. My hobby is try something new. My friends already have their personal look. Their look can describe their personality or character. But not on me. I love to change my hair style, my outfit style, or my entire look. My friend said that i was imitating Johny Deep who love to change his look. Sometimes i can be so massy with long hair, keep my muscus, faded blue jeans, black t-shirt, and jumper jacket. But in the other time i can be so neat with pants, collared t-shirt or formal shirt, and automatically face without hair.

 That picture took on September 2012 when i accompanied my friend to face his thesis examination. Im not sure with my pants, its look great, but it gave me weird shape. By the way my friend and me grow up together in university, i knew him in very first year because we joint in the same organisation. Both of us are singer in universities choir. And based on my observation he changed like a butterfly. He came from country side with awkward hair style and quirky hair colour plus fatty body.

This is my different look. This picture took in october 2012 when i hanged out with my friends. My jacket look so metrosexual with its colour and shape, but that's not mine. I wear that thing just to make my friends laugh at me. It was woman jacket. But if i watch again that jacket, it looks awesome, doesn't it?

Next picture took in september too. So many people praise that shirt. That floral shirt is gift from my brother in law. And after i wear that shirt, the people in my faculty wear the floral shirt too in campus. Come on.

And this is my look today. That sweater bought by my brother in law too. I fallin in love in the very first sight with that sweater. Is it look great with my tote bag? I have a long history with tote bag. I used tote bag since im in the senior high school or more than 5 years ago. And the people thought tote bag is woman stuff. I continued to use it in the university and my friend said the same thing. They said that i would go to market with that tote bag. But i never listen another comment about my style. Its so usefull to bring my A3 sketch book. Finally now, most of boy use tote bag. And again it be a souvenir in my faculties inaguration.
My friends have a dark age on style in their life. I mean they ever had a quirky, awkward, wrong, or weird style in their life. But not me, go ahead look for my dark age on style, and then you get nothing.

Besties #3

I spent 4 years in university with these guys. Of course we are in the same departement and faculty. We came from different senior high school and some of us came from different city. But we love to do assignment together and also hang out together. Most of student in my departement are male, so thats why have a close female friend is something unique. This picture taken in 2011 when went to fishing.

They are Vika, Arhika, and Anne. As a woman in visual comunication design, they were really close with design area. And they taken this picture without make up. I dont know why but make up very very help 'em to look pretty. For us as their friend, its usual to meet them without make up. But for somebody else who meet them only in campus or by photo will shock and upset with their look without make up.

She is Vika, the strong girl. She was a sassy girl, more look like boy, independent, and fierce. She came from Jakarta but very friendly. I remember her style in the first year is very gothic and untidy but she grown up and be more feminim and girly now. She also a hardworker and diligent. So she graduated before us.

Next is Arhika. She is funny, crazy, my best partner to judge the others look, cant shut her mouth, and came from country side. Everyone who dont know her will say she's a beautiful girl. But everyone can look pretty in the photo right? We have photoshop technology now. But she is a loyal girl, friendly, and have a good sense in fashion. Even little bit goffy.

And the last is Anne. Actually i know her very well just in the last 2 years. She is more introvert about her personal. She is a korean lover. Anne know all things about korea. She is a great activist in my campus, im an activist too so i know her first time from universities event. One thing that i know from her is she is a full time lover.

Campus Look #1

Now is my last year in University. I takes Visual Comunication Design as my major of faculty. As a last year's student i just spend my time for my thesis. My thesis have a line too with fashion industry. Yes i took local souvenir of Semarang for my thesis's subject, and the major product for that souvenirs line is t-shirt. Thats why i give my attention a lot in t-shirt design. Most of the student in my campus use t-shirt as their favorite outfit. So i checked 'em outfit to help my thesis, but i got more than that.

My campus is popular with the cute students. When i was in first year my friends lovely visited my campus just to enjoy the look of the students in my campus, especially female students. But i dont know why the quality of the students in my campus is down every year. And now, most of students choose to wear t-shirt, jeans, sneakers and go.

But nowadays gingham motif for shirt is very popular. Most of my student also falling in love with that shirt's motif. But they are always combine it with tight jeans, sneakers or suede shoes, and camera bag or backpack, so mainstream. Sometimes i cant remember someone because their look is similar with another.

  

This is another must-have item beside gingham motif's shirt, denim jaket. Actually i love this look, but Indonesia is a tropic country, its weird to wear denim jacket at mid-day. But everything is legitimate for fashion.

This is my favorite look for today. Colorful stripe shirt is anti-mainstream choice for now. This man still look manly with his colorful stripe shirt. Use backpack, sweater, tight jeans, and sneakers in black make you look so manly, strong, but cute with colorful inside.

For shoes choice, safety shoes is must-have item too for suedeheads follower. There is so many store that sell this kind of shoes in varied price. Two days ago i went with Ajost (my bestie) to buy a safety shoes too. That shoes make you look massy, untidy, and higher. But it will make your foot uncomfort if you wear it in the longtime.

Another choice for shoes is Nike or Adidas sneakers, it very fashionable now with varied colour and design. And dont forget to use Accessories like cap, bracelets for man, and watch. Dont combine everything in one time, make it balance and focus in one thing, if you want to give a spotlight for your shoes wear black or un-catchy outfit. Because if you want to use everything it will look to much.

Besties #2

My bestie named Ajost, i know him in very first year senior high school. Just like destiny we always in the same class for three years in the senior high school. Afterthat we registered in the same university with another besties. But he also registered in state university and choose to leave my university. By the way he's very very falling in love in photography, and in one time he decided to make a catalogue book for prewed photography. Of course i helped him, but i have no camera so i try my best in wardrobe department.

Remember when i said my sister colleged in fashion design major of faculty? Yes, that brides gown made by my sister. And i add some accessories for her like hair accessorie and white gloves. Believe it or not, there is no girl in our team. So we bought the gloves together in make up store. Little bit shame but we did. And for hair accessorie i made it by my self. Heard crazy but i have creativity to make something beautiful. You know that bride needs make up. And we dont have make up artist, so i have a side job.

Yes, inderectly my job as a wardrobe artist get a bonus track as a make up artist. I dont know how to use make up but i love art. I never learn it before, so i called it autodidact. I can drawing and painting, so this is like i paint in different media. Yes, face is the media. But its okay because she looked fabulous. So thanks God for your gift.

Here they are my team. You can see i wear Bali T-shirt with Gingham Shirt, i stand before the groom. And my bestie Ajost wear blue T-shirt and short phants, he is the man after the bride. Hope youre succes with your photography bussines bro!!

Besties #1

Here one of my bestie, her name is Sarsa, she love everything in shiny colour. We met in senior high school and we were in the same bench. She love red, bright pink, and shiny yellow. Now she's still falling in love in K-pop. One of her idol is Super Junior from SMTown, and she wear animal t-shirt like eunhyuk does when we get vacation in Jepara Beach 2 weeks ago. Everyone loves Korea now, include their style. Thats really Indonesian type. Always influenced by another country trend.

This picture taken in 2010 when i got vacation in Bali Island. Its so much fun and recovery me from everything. On that pict i was wearing cargo phants. I dont know why but i love cargo phants, when the others wears jeans i prefer to wear this one. Its perfect for outdoor activity, and the khaki colour looks natural. Maybe its weird to wear shirt and t-shirt in the beach on the same time, but i live in tropic country, i need to protect my skin.

Ini adalah saya sewaktu mengunjungi museum tembakau (sampoerna) di Surabaya. Saya sangat menyukai sepatu yang saya pakai. Percaya atau tidak, sebenarnya sepatu itu berwarna hitam putih. Namun saya beri cat poster menjadi warna-warni seperti terlihat digambar. Saya sempat berpikir bahwa apa yang saya pakai adalah apa yang saya buat sehingga saya tidak akan terlihat sama dengan orang lain.

Outfit Issue!!!

Passion yang dimiliki setiap orang memang berbeda. Beberapa orang mengikuti passion tersebut untuk hidup dengan nyaman dan full of fun. Tapi sebagian lainnya tinggal di zona aman dimana kenyamanan datang dari aktivitas yang berulang setiap hari. Dari kecil saya tertarik sekali dengan dunia fashion, ya saya adalah anak lelaki yang juga merupakan anak terakhir dari 3 bersaudara. Seingat saya hobi saya dari kecil adalah menggambar, my old brother juga gemar menggambar. Yah itulah anak kecil, selalu latah dengan apa yang dilakukannya orang lain. Tapi hobi ini tidak berhenti dari sekedar ikut-ikut sang kakak, saya juga suka mengekor mama untuk sekedar datang ke penjahit. Mama saya juga seseorang yang jatuh cinta dengan dunia fashion, jika menilik foto masa mudanya mungkin dia setara Luna Maya saat ini yang mungkin sekali untuk membuka line fashion sendiri.

Dari kebiasaan mengekor mama tersebut saya jadi suka menggambar busana-busana wanita. Yah lagi-lagi dari hasil meniru sang penjahit langganan Mama. Hampir semua buku penuh dengan gambar, entah itu buku tulis, buku kotak-kotak, buku strimin(tulis halus), sampai buku pelajaran menjadi sasaran empuk tangan usil saya. Dan saya ingat sekali, waktu itu siang hari di rumah Mama sedang berbicang dengan temannya sambil menonton televisi. Seperti biasa saya yang waktu itu berumur sekitar 9 tahun sudah pulang sekolah dan ikutan nimbrung di ruang tv. Saat mereka tengah membicarakan tentang baju Mama tiba-tiba mengambil buku tulis yang waktu itu sedang saya gambari. Dengan excited ia mengatakan pada temannya bahwa baju yang saya gambar bisa dijadikan pertimbangan desain baju mereka selanjutnya. Disanalah saya mulai berpikir bahwa saya bisa menjadi desainer suatu saat nanti.

Itulah awal saya mulai menyukai Outfit Issue ini, dan ketika saya mulai bisa berbelanja pakaian, saya selalu memilih pakaian sendiri. Saya ingat sekali dulu waktu mendapatkan amplopan dari khitanan saya. Uang tersebut saya belikan celana cargo warna khaki yang selalu menjadi idola saya. Saya tahu bahwa woman outfit memiliki lebih banyak variasi dibandingkan laki-laki. Itu juga yang mendasari aliran menggambar saya. Saya bisa dibilang seorang artist pada bidang pop art dengan menganut aliran realistic. Saya selalu menggambar orang semirip mungkin dengan aslinya. Saya bukan penganut mangga yang membuat karakter secara berlebihan. Namun kebanyakan objek yang saya gambar adalah wanita, sangat jarang saya menggambar objek pria kalau tidak terpaksa.

Banyak kawan SMP saya yang menebak bahwa kalau besar nanti saya akan menjadi desainer kondang seperti ivan gunawan (tahun 2004-an nama itu sangat populer) namun saya hanya tersenyum karena saya juga tidak tahu mau jadi apa saya nanti. Saat itu saya lebih sering membuat komik dan cerita pendek dengan teman-teman saya. Dan sesuatu yang penting terjadi lagi pada hidup saya, saat itu kakak perempuan saya kuliah di jurusan tata busana atau fashion design. Disanalah bakat saya ikut tersalurkan. Kakak perempuan saya adalah orang yang tekun dan punya daya konsentrasi tinggi namun ia lemah dalam menggambar. Pada awal kuliahnya ia masih santai karena pelajaran masih berkutat pada dasar menjahit. Namun setelah ia harus membuat pakaian saya banyak berkontribusi didalamnya, dari menggambar sketch model, memberi masukan model pakaian serta motif dan warna yang cocok. Hal itu terus berlanjut dan kakak perempuan saya juga tidak segan-segan menanyakan pendapat saya waktu itu. Saya jadi berpikir lagi bahwa mungkin suatu saat nanti saya bisa jadi desainer.

Hidup memang sebuah pilihan, tapi bukan hidup yang menyuruh kita memilih, melainkan kita sendiri yang menciptakan pilihan itu. Kalau boleh mengutip teman saya, selama ini kita selalu berpikir mengenai masa lalu dan masa depan, jarang dari kita yang memikirkan saat ini, apa yang lebih penting untuk dipikirkan dan dikerjakan dari sekedar merencanakan dan menyesali sesuatu.
